Policy

Membership Details & Studio Policies

We’re so glad you’re here 🤍 Below is a helpful overview of how our memberships and studio policies work.

Membership Terms +

We offer memberships with either a 3-month or 12-month commitment, depending on what feels best for you.

After your initial commitment, your membership will automatically renew for the same term unless you let us know you’d like to cancel.

Billing +

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your membership begins on the date of purchase and follows a 30-day billing cycle, rather than resetting on the first of the month. Your membership gives you a set number of classes each month depending on your plan.

Classes are intended to be used within your monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.

Cancellations +
  • 30 days’ notice is required for all cancellations
  • Your membership remains active during the 30-day notice period

If you cancel before the end of your commitment, a $50 early termination fee will apply.

If you submit cancellation within the final 30 days of your commitment, there is no cancellation fee — this simply prevents renewal.

Freezing Your Membership +

You can pause your membership right through your Momence account.

  • Up to 2 freezes per membership term
  • Each freeze can be 7–30 days
  • Please submit requests at least 15 days in advance
  • Freezes cannot be applied retroactively

Your billing and membership will pause during your freeze period.

Private Sessions: Scheduling & Flexibility +

Private sessions are designed to support a consistent weekly practice, with some built-in flexibility when life happens.

If you can’t make your scheduled time, you’re welcome to reschedule or make up your session based on instructor availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, though availability can vary.

If your instructor is ever unavailable, you can reschedule or choose to work with another instructor.

Sessions are intended to be used within your active membership period and do not roll over beyond your term.

Duo & Trio Sessions +

Duo and trio sessions are shared appointments, so each participant is responsible for managing their own schedule.

If someone is unable to attend, the session can still move forward:

  • Remaining participant(s) may continue as planned. Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled session will forfeit that session.
  • Alternatively, one participant may choose to upgrade to a private session for an additional cost. In this case, the other participant(s) may use their session at another time.

If you’d like to reschedule, all participants will need to coordinate together, and availability may vary.

Missed sessions are considered used.

Class Cancellation & No Show Policy +

Due to the nature of our small class sizes, please be courteous of others who may be waitlisted for a class by adhering to our cancellation policy.

  • Bookings made with an unlimited plan must cancel at least 12 hours in advance or incur an $18 late cancel fee.
  • Bookings made with a limited plan must cancel at least 12 hours in advance or the class will be deducted from your account.
  • If class attendance does not meet the required minimum of 2 clients, the instructor may cancel the class.
Class Courtesy & Safety +
  • Classes are 50 minutes long. Please plan to arrive on time and stay for the full class as a courtesy to the instructor and fellow clients.
  • Late arrivals or early departures disrupt the flow of class and affect the quality of your own workout experience.
  • If you arrive during breathwork or meditation, please wait until that portion is complete before joining.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot admit clients more than 10 minutes late.
  • Please refrain from using cell phones during class.
