Pure Balance Pilates Instructor Training Program
The Pure Balance Pilates Teacher Training Course prepares participants to lead private and group Pilates sessions on the Reformer with a trauma-informed and size-inclusive curriculum. The course covers anatomy as it relates to Pilates, the history of the Pilates method, and Pilates Mat and Reformer repertoire for general and special populations. Participants will also learn how to effectively teach and design class programming. Welcoming students from all fitness levels and backgrounds, this program emphasizes Pilates as a practice of connecting with the wisdom of our bodies and nurturing our potential. Whether you're pursuing a teaching role or seeking to deepen your practice, you'll dive deep into Pilates principles, gain hands-on experience, and learn to create an inclusive, supportive environment for a diverse community. Successful completion of the course does not guarantee certification but qualifies participants to teach at Pure Balance Pilates.
Schedule:
Total Hours: 200 hours
Lecture, Lab, and Practicum: 50-75 hours
Workshops & Office Hours: 25 hours
Self Practice & Observation: 100 hours

Our 200 hr training program combines weekday evening classes with weekend intensives for a balanced, flexible learning experience:
Weeknight Classes: Wednesday evenings 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

March 9th (3hr)
March 22nd (3hr) & 23rd (6hr)
April 6th (3hr)
April 26th (3hr) & 27th (6hr)
May 17th (3hr) & 18th (6hr)
Open Studio and Office Hours: practice hours provided based on cohort’s needs, days and times TBD

Payment Plans Available:
Dec 15th will be the last day to begin a payment plan. Any registration after then will require tuition to be paid in one installment of $2,250
