The philosophy behind these classes is for all of them to work in harmony with each other, building upon the balance and strength you gain differently from each. Get ready to turn up the heat in our Sweat class, a dynamic Pilates cardio experience that takes your workout to a new level. Designed to pump up your heart rate, Sweat uses higher repetition, more challenging spring combinations, and quicker movement patterns, making it the perfect blend of energy and effort!

This class is a heart pumping fusion of reformer and circuit training. We will utilize stations with varying props and equipment and move for timed intervals to add a cardio challenge! Open to all levels.
