Class Policies

  • Cancellation & No Show Policy

    *Due to the nature of our small class size, please be courteous of others who may be waitlisted for a class by adhering to our cancellation and no show policy.

    *Bookings made with an unlimited plan must cancel at least 12 hours in advance or pay a penalty of $22.

    *Bookings made with a limited plan must cancel at least 12 hours in advance or may lose the class from their account.

    *If class attendance doesn’t meet the required class size of 2 people, the class may be cancelled by instructor.

  • Class Courtesy and Safety

    *Classes are 1 hour long. If you sign up for class, please plan to arrive on time and stay for the entire class time as a courtesy to the instructor and other students.

    *Late arrivals or early departures are disruptive to the flow of class and also affect the quality of your own personal workout experience. If you arrive during breath work/meditation, please wait until afterwards to join the class.

    *For your safety, we cannot admit clients more than 10 minutes late to class.

    *Please refrain from using cell phones during class.

  • Membership Policy

    *Memberships are a 6 Month Commitment and automatically renew after 6 months unless otherwise notified.

    *Cancellation Notification is due 15 days prior to the next auto-debit date. No refunds after the month has been charged. $50 charge for cancellation before contract expiration (6 months).

    *Memberships can be paused for up to 30 days per year, in increments of 7, 14, or 30 days. Pause request must be submitted via email at least 15 days prior to pause start date.

    *Classes do not roll over from month to month

Private Session Policies

  • Cancellation / Rescheduling

    *Private sessions must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the session start time, or a session will be deducted from your package.

    *Private sessions can be rescheduled if we are notified more than 24 hours in advance, however we cannot guarantee that we will have another time available with your instructor.

  • Membership Policy

    *Private session packages expire 6 weeks after purchase date and package automatically renews when the last session is used, whether the 6 week period is up or not.

    *Private drop ins expire 1 month after purchase date

    *Private Sessions are in high demand with limited availability. Please commit to your weekly sessions to the best of your availability. If you are going to be out for more than 1 week in a row, please notify us so we can fill that spot for the weeks you are out. If you are out for more than 2 weeks in a row, or do not give us a date that you will be back, we have the right to give that spot to someone else. If you would like to reserve your spot, you can continue to pay your dues to reserve your time slot (with the option to do your session virtually).
